I’m V0KAL, but I also go by vkalsen (I was never good at handles).
For the basic background stuff I am a Danish guy in his 30s living in the King’s own Copenhagen.
I like writing about video games — primarily roleplaying games and adjacent genres. Some of my favorite titles is stuff like Trails in the Sky, Disco Elysium and 13 Sentinels: Aigis Rim.
You might also have guessed, but I am a big ol’ weeb. Got into manga at a young age and got really into torrenting anime as a teen. I don’t really keep up to date with seasonal anime anymore, so all my references are shamefully out of date.
Schoolwise I have a master’s degree in Sociology where I primarily specialized in political sociology and science & technology studies.
